Global Learning

UNA Exchange offers a unique resource to local groups in Wales – international volunteers. We ensure that connections between international volunteers and communities are maximised. We do this by providing contacts between international volunteers and local people through school visits, community events and activities. Our educational programmes help local people get the most out of international volunteering. Our volunteers work with 2,500 children every year in Wales – from supporting summer playschemes to running Global Community Events or running active and fun workshops.

Our wider Global Learning programme also encompasses language awareness activities and special initiatives to support local organisations in bringing an international dimension to their ongoing work.
