International Volunteer Projects
International Volunteer Projects

There are over 1000 short-term volunteering opportunities of 2-3 weeks available in more than 70 countries worldwide, and you can do anything from working in a bear sanctuary in Croatia to helping to organise a Fair Trade festival in Denmark or teaching English in a summer school in Japan. No experience or specialist skills are required, there are projects for anyone aged 15+. Each project brings together volunteers from overseas to work for a community and live together as a group.

MTV projects are individual placements, working for 1 to 12 months. Projects available in Europe, Mexico, India and Thailand.

Leading Projects
Leading Projects

Each international volunteer project we organise needs at least one project leader, who co-ordinates the group. Leading a project in Wales is an amazing experience, giving you the chance to challenge yourself to the limit, meet lots of very interesting volunteers and play and learn lots of silly games!  You might even get a couple of hours a night for some sleep...  UNA Exchange trains committed and energetic volunteers to become leaders.   Training takes place over Easter every year.  See the calendar page for further details on how to apply.
