In 2018, at UNA Exchange we celebrated 45 years of empowering young people to take part in international exchanges to and from Wales. Now we’re looking ahead to the big 5-0! You can support our five-to-fifty campaign by volunteering your time and/or through a donation.

Fundraise for us
Challenge yourself and do something amazing this year that benefits young people and communities across Wales. Charity fundraising is highly rewarding and great fun - especially when undertaken with a group of friends or work colleagues.
Have you thought about taking part in the Cardiff University/Cardiff Half Marathon that takes place each October or the Snowdonia Half Marathon in May? You could run the 21 km (13 miles) and raise funds through sponsorship.
This autumn you could set yourself the challenge of completing the Cardiff 10k or the Bangor 10k.
And for those looking for the ultimate challenge, there’s Ironman Wales (a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride and a 26.2-mile marathon) that takes place in Tenby each September!

Corporate sponsorship and in-kind contributions
Through the goodwill of businesses and partner, third-sector organisations we are able to achieve even more with the money we generate. This includes donation of food for residentials for young people, provision of venue space to run events, free of charge, and delivery of professional services without cost.
